The excavator track assembly is the core part of the undercarriage system. It supports the whole machine weight, provides driving traction, and adapts to complex working conditions such as mud, mountain roads and construction sites.

The full assembly consists of track chain links, track shoes, sprocket, idler, track rollers, top rollers and tension device. The walking motor drives the sprocket, which meshes with the track chain to drive the whole crawler for moving and steering.
Main Material & Performance
Track link: High-strength alloy steel 35MnB, heat treated, high wear resistance and impact resistance
Track shoe: High manganese steel, durable, available in standard grouser, flat type and rubber pad type.
Most mainstream excavators adopt sealed & lubricated track assembly, longer service life than ordinary dry track
Features & Service Life
Sealed & lubricated track assembly: Service life 8000–12000 working hours
Ordinary dry track: Service life 3000–5000 working hours
Widely used in engineering construction, mining, road renovation and earthmoving projects
