To replace, drive or press the old guide out, ream the bore, and press the new guide in to the correct depth. Ream it to the valve-stem size, check valve seating, and verify the clearance with a gauge before the head goes back on.
Match the guide to the head casting from your head part number – the series list gives the commonly interchanged references – and do not oversize the bore or set the guide too deep, or the valve will not seat correctly. This is machine-shop work, so let a competent rebuilder do it.
